North Mayfair Apartments - Wauwatosa
The North Mayfair Apartments has transformed Mayfair road in Wauwatosa providing a luxurious, resort-style apartment community. The architects chosen color palette and varying exterior cladding materials stand out in the surrounding community. We were proud to partner with Stevens Construction and James Hardie materials on this project. A combination of panels, board and batten along with lap siding in a woodtone finish created an awesome finished project handed over on-time and on-budget!
The Wildwood at Main - Sun Prairie
We were proud to be a part of this award winning build! This 172-unit apartment in Sun Prairie combined varying materials from James Hardie which stands out in the growing community of Sun Prairie. With a large crew size of over 20 team members during production it was a fast-paced and exciting project delivered to our GC partner on-time and on-budget.
The Trotta Apartments
This project won a 2022 Projects of Distinction award and is located in Middleton, WI. The facade materials included James Hardie Lap and Panel Siding along. This project was behind schedule when we arrived but our siding crew exceeded the General Contractors expectations and schedule for quality and a timely completion.
Journey 21 Enrichment Center
We are proud to have been a part of this project with our partner VJS Construction Services. The Enrichment Center does important work and a service the community desperately needs. We installed Hardie Board and Batten along with corrugated metal wall panels from Pac Clad.
New Perspective Senior Living
This multi-faceted project at the Franklin Ballpark Commons development was a great challenge. We installed approx. over 80,000SF of siding and installation of patio pavers on this project. The project included Lap Siding, Board and Batten Siding, Panel Siding and Shakes from LP. The patio pavers were installed on adjustable pedestals at the front elevation of the building along with Standing Seam panels from Firestone.
Rincon 225 Apartments
This downtown Hartford project was a real showcase project and created an entirely new look to downtown Hartford. We installed Lap Siding, Panel Siding and Board and Batten siding from LP along with Shakes from Certainteed. The project turned out really nice and we plan on doing more work with this developer and General Contractor.
Cardinal View Senior Living
Cardinal View Senior Living: This project located in Middleton turned out awesome. The General Contractor was impressed with our quality and production capabilities. This job had LP panels and lap siding along with Nichiha fiber cement panels. The layout was challenging but the crew killed it!
Arrabelle Apartments
2020 Real Estate Awards - Best New Development - Residential Category award We are very proud to have installed Hardie Lap and Panel siding on the project.
Hope Caritas
This project included Firestone metal wall panels. The project was a new construction addition of the existing school and turned out great.
The Element Apartments
This project in Green Bay included LP siding Metal Panel Siding. Very close to Lambeau field the project stands out in the surrounding area and looks awesome.
The Vue Apartments
The Vue is located in Bayview and stands out in the neighborhood. We installed heavy gauge, vertically hung metal wall panels from Fabral. There was also a small amount of ACM panels installed at the storefront elevations. A real showcase project in Bayview.
Hilton Gardens
We installed Longboard siding on the Porte Cochere. The project was completed on-time despite a very challenging schedule and weather conditions.
